Leo says “Don’t let shortness of breath, stress or anxiety hold you back”. It didn’t stop him. Leo cured himself of chronic childhood asthma with breathing techniques. Then he went onto achieve some awe-inspiring physical feats, such as running a marathon with no training, climbing mountains bare-chested and achieving a black belt in Judo.

Leo is a personal trainer of 16 years, a Buteyko Breathing Instructor, a certified Wim Hof Instructor and an Oxygen Advantage Instructor. His passion is to experience, understand and coach people how to improve their breath, their health and perform in life.
