Mike Maric practised pranayama for years and could hold his breath easily for 5 minutes and more. But within a split second, he lost his healthy breathing due to a traumatic experience. He couldn’t even hold his breath for 10 seconds! It took him a long time retraining healthy breathing habits. It shows clearly, how our breathing depends on how we live. And that we have to constantly maintain good habits.

Publications

Mike Maric has published two books about breathing. Both written in Italian and so far only published in Italian. However, the first book Il potere antistress del respiro: il metodo per abbandonare definitivamente ansia, tensioni e stanchezza is about to be published in English.
